This procurement consists of the design, validation, prototyping, production run manufacturing, inspection, packaging, and preparation for shipment of the double walled vacuum bellows used in both the Roughing Pump System (RPS) and the Torus Cryopump Regeneration Foreline (TCRF) piping system, a sub-system of the Vacuum Auxiliary System (VAS) (henceforth referred to as ‘bellows’). Refer to enclosed SOW for details.
