This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the requirements which must be followed by the selected vendor to ensure the provided five RPS Cryostat Roughing and Regeneration (CRRR) Non-Active Skid Subframes meet all the fabrication, inspection, documentation, quality and shipping requirements needed for acceptance by US ITER and the IO. The Subframes are classified as Non-SIC (Safety Important Classification) and Quality Classification 2 (QC-2). The requirements for developing the quality documentation needed to satisfy these requirements are outlined in this document. All work performed per this SOW will conform to the requirements of the Technical Specification [3.1.1].
The second Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the requirements which must be followed by the selected vendor to ensure the provided RPS Pipe Supports meet all of the fabrication, inspection, documentation, quality and shipping requirements needed for acceptance of the supports by US ITER and the IO. The supports in this SOW are used to support the vacuum pipework for the Roughing Pump System (RPS). These supports are Safety Important Classification 1 (SIC-1) and Quality Classification 1 (QC-1). The requirements for developing the quality documentation needed to satisfy these requirements are outlined in this document. To ensure shipping in a timely manner, the Pre-Shipping Documentation described herein shall also be provided in the time frame assigned. All work performed per this SOW will conform to the requirements of the Technical Specification [3.1.1]. The scope of supply is governed by this SOW and the Technical Specification. Note that inlays and related rivets are not in this scope of supply.
