The Learning Sciences Group seeks to strengthen its capabilities within the Learning Sciences Team to provide instructional systems design expertise and perform job analysis of target in-person and virtual audiences. Also, expertise to assess learning competencies, potential cultural barriers, and provide recommendations and best practices for each learning situation. With the use of this type of expertise the Learning Sciences Group can tailor nuclear security information to specific needs, enhance overall knowledge transfer and strengthen the effectiveness and sustainability of the learning products and nuclear security programs with DOE partner countries and international nuclear agencies.
