UT-Battelle's Laboratory Modernization Division (LMD) is responsible for the planning, design, project management, and construction management of facility infrastructure investments. This includes a range of projects, both large and small, designed to improve research, administrative, operational, and supporting facilities at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL).
To enhance its capabilities, LMD intends to engage subcontracted services from Architect-Engineering (A-E) firms. This Statement of Work outlines the technical, architectural, engineering, and design services and expertise requested to effectively support LMD initiatives and operations.
